With the concierge approach, patients pay a monthly fee rather than going through insurance. The membership plan gives them access to telemedicine and 24/7 medical care providers. Additionally, plan members get discounted office visits, home visits, and lab testing.

The practice offers comprehensive health services, including chronic disease management, pediatric care, and geriatric care. In addition, the practice offers specialized care like opioid dependence treatment with Suboxone®, aesthetics treatments like Botox® and dermal fillers, and innovative weight loss medications like Qsymia®.

What is your new patient procedure?

You will fill out the necessary patient information and demographics, which can be sent to you by text or e-mail at the time of your scheduling an appointment.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm CST, Saturday 10 am to 6 pm CST.

With after-hours available (for an additional fee).

What about needed lab work or X-rays?

We are contracted with a third-party lab and X-ray facility to meet your needs at prices that you can afford.

Where are you located?

We are a primarily telehealth service, however, you may be seen in our office located in Lavish Med Spa 9660 Bartlett Circle Suite 700, Fort Worth, Tx 76108, or we can arrange home visits (for an additional fee).
